In her third year at Pulaski International School, Mrs. Rutkowski is the diverse learners teacher for grades K-3rd. She has taught for many years at both the high school and elementary level in Washington DC and Chicago. Mrs. Rutkowski received a B.A. in English and Philosophy from Boston College, and a masters in transition special education from George Washington University. She most recently earned an endorsement to teach English Language Learners through the American College of Education.She loves to read young adult fiction, spend time with her family, and coaching AYSO soccer.Mrs. Rutkowski believes that all students can succeed, and she is looking forward to getting to know all of her students this year.
