Welcome to Mrs. Gaeding’s page. For the Past 6 years Mrs. Gaeding has been one Pulaski’s Pre-K teachers, with her focus being on the Reggio Emilia Approach to Early Childhood Education. Along with this, she also has adapted ideas of Montessori and IB. Mrs. Gaeding has currently changed gears and is now the 2nd grade teacher in 014. Her beliefs about young children and what they are capable of is unwavering. “Children have the potential to learn so much if we just let them express themselves in multiple different platforms.” Mrs. Gaeding has her bachelor’s in Speech Communication and her Masters in Early Childhood Education. This is her 7th year at Pulaski International School of Chicago. She loves the thrill and excitement that comes from working with children. She is dependable; loves kids and has a happy and enthusiastic attitude for learning more.Mrs. Gaeding has her hands full; she is a mother of 3 boys- Nathan (3), Nicholas and Nolan (19 months). Mrs. Gaeding’s hobbies include baking, horseback riding and surrounding herself with friends, family, and her dog Roscoe.Mrs. Gaeding’s hopes and dreams for this year are to inspire the youth of tomorrow with creative lessons, high energy and get the students excited to learn while introducing them to school culture. She wants to inspire the students to be excited about learning and have fun while doing it!
