If you have any further questions about the program, feel free to email Mr. Battin: firstname.lastname@example.org.
CPS has launched a new Elementary School Sports Program – the official interscholastic league for competitive after school sports at CPS. This new program is called SCORE!
Through this new program, more 5th-8th grade students have the opportunity to develop the values, skill and abilities that are essential for success such as sportsmanship, teamwork, problem-solving and self-confidence.
By harnessing the power of the community and sport, this program provides safe, structured and a positive environment for all CPS 5th-8th grade students to learn and develop through athletics.
With the SCORE program, there are NO TRYOUTS & NO CUTS! This means that if you sign up for a team, you automatically make it! Practices will be at least twice a week and games/meets will be located at local CPS high schools.
Sports offered for the Fall Season are: boys/girls cross country, boys/girls volleyball, and boys soccer.
