SURVEY: CPS Longer School Day Initiative

Dear Pulaksi International Parents and Tutors,

We need your feedback as soon as possible regarding Pulaski International’s planning around the extended school day. As you’ve likely heard, CPS is planning to extend the school day for the 2012-2013 school year. CPS is currently discussing a 7.5-hour day but this is not definite and most likely won’t be determined until the spring or summer.

CPS has asked us to create a draft schedule for a 7.5-hour school day; therefore, we are asking for your feedback on how you think time can best be utilized. The survey will take just a few minutes of your time and will provide great feedback to us. The link of the survey is:

It is crucial that we hear from you by Wednesday, December 21st so we can create a list of goals and strategies to provide to CPS. Again, please keep in mind that we have been asked to create a draft schedule but we are not sure what the final schedule will look like.

Necesitamos su opinión lo más pronto posible sobre la planificación acerca de tener un día más largo el año entrante. Como habrá usted escuchado, CPS está planificando extender el día escolar durante el año escolar 2012-2013.
