Greetings parents and families of Pulaski International School of Chicago. Welcome to Mrs. Beishir’s web page.

Mrs. Beishir  will be guiding your child through second grade this year. Having taught second grade before she is extremely excited about all the concepts they will be inquiring about this year including air and weather, insects in science, and communities in social science!

Mrs. Beishir received her undergraduate degree from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois where she majored in Educational Studies and minored in Language Arts and Literacy. While attending Knox, she sang in the Knox College Choir and was an active member of a Greek sorority. Upon graduating, she joined the Chicago Public Schools team and has been teaching ever since!

On a personal note, Mrs. Beishir got married over the summer and bought a house on the north side of Chicago. She enjoys music, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Mrs. Beishir recently decided to further her education and earned her English as a Second Language endorsement from Dominican University.

This is Mrs. Beishir’s second year on the Pulaski team and is proud to call it her home. She is confident that this year will be a fabulous one and she looks forward to working with students and families.
